Armstrong's leadership spent two years inside SAP as RISE Cloud Architect and Advisor, reviewing customer programmes executed by third-party integrators.
That is an unusual vantage point. When we review an architecture, a localization design or a migration decision, we have seen what goes wrong at scale — and we have no stake in the schedule.
Why the name matters
