01How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@armstrongit.com with your full name, relationship with Armstrong, country of residence and the right you wish to exercise. Do not send identification documents until our privacy team provides a secure channel.
02Identity Verification
To protect your information, we may request proportionate evidence to verify identity and authority. Verification data will be used only to process the request.
03Response Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or high-volume requests may require an extension where legally permitted.
04Authorized Representatives
An authorized representative may submit a request when valid authority can be demonstrated. We may also verify the identity of the data subject directly.
05Complaints
You may contact the Brazilian ANPD, an applicable European supervisory authority or another competent privacy regulator. We encourage you to contact Armstrong first so we can address the concern.
