Armstrong Academy

Experience is the hard part. The rest can be taught.

Armstrong Academy is being built to bring experienced professionals into the SAP ecosystem — people who already understand business, process and enterprise reality.

Why we are building this

Most training programmes teach the wrong half.

Functional SAP consulting pays for three things: understanding of business process, corporate context, and the ability to hold a conversation with an executive. Those take twenty years to build. Configuring SAP takes months to learn.

Most academies do the reverse — they teach transactions to people who have never sat through a month-end close. Armstrong Academy is being designed around the opposite premise: start with the professional who already has the twenty years, and teach the part that takes months.

Who we are designing for

People the market undervalues and the work rewards.

These are priority groups for our outreach and design, not eligibility restrictions.

Experienced professionals in transition

Former managers, analysts, key users and executives who know how a business actually runs.

Professionals over 40

Career experience is an asset in consulting, not an obstacle. Our initial focus is on people the technology market too often overlooks.

Women moving into technology

A deliberate focus on widening access to a field where representation remains low.

Professionals outside the major hubs

Remote enterprise work can bring qualified income to places where no multinational would ever open an office.

What is being designed

Depth before breadth.

Tracks will open one at a time. The first cohort is planned online, with in-person formats to follow.

Planned

SAP SD

Order to Cash, pricing, billing and the Brazilian tax reality underneath it.

Planned

SAP ABAP

Enterprise development with Clean Core discipline from the first line of code.

Later

SAP Project Management

For professionals moving into programme leadership.

Our approach

Taught by people who deliver, not only by people who teach.

Practitioners as instructors

Instruction by consultants who work on real enterprise programmes, so what is taught reflects what clients operate.

Client leaders in the classroom

We are inviting IT and HR leaders from our client base to speak and help shape curriculum — because the people who hire should help define competence.

Armstrong values as the foundation

Technical skill without integrity and communication does not survive an enterprise environment.

A path, not a promise

Graduates may be considered for Armstrong opportunities. Those who go elsewhere carry what they learned — an acceptable outcome, not a loss.

Why it matters to us

Remote work is economic development.

A consultant in a town of a thousand people can serve enterprises across the world. A single mother with multinational experience can build a consulting career without choosing between income and picking her children up from school.

This is not a side benefit of what we do. It is one of the reasons we do it.

Humanizing business to empower people.
